The Mulga Mesh Node extends your Mulga Mesh network beyond the house, office, shed or Starlink location.

Installed at a remote point on your property, the Mesh Node connects back to your Mulga Mesh Gate using long-range Wi-Fi HaLow technology. It then provides local 2.4GHz Wi-Fi coverage so compatible devices such as cameras, sensors and other equipment can connect from areas standard Wi-Fi would never reach.

Use one Mesh Node to reach a key location, or add more as your property network grows. Each node helps expand coverage, fill gaps and bring connectivity closer to the places you need to monitor.

Can I install this myself?

Yes. The mesh node is designed for self-installation and you do not need any technical background to set it up. If you can dig a hole and put up a fence post, you can install a Mulga Mesh node. Mount it on a pole, connect it to power, and it joins your network automatically. A step-by-step installation guide is included and available to download on our installation guides page.

Do I need a Mesh Gate to use a Mesh Node?

Yes. In most installations, the Mesh Node connects back to a Mulga Mesh Gate installed where your internet connection is located.

How far can a Mesh Node reach?

Range depends on terrain, vegetation, antenna position and installation height. In suitable conditions, Mulga Mesh is designed for kilometre-scale connectivity across rural properties.

How many Mesh Nodes do I need?

Most customers start with one Mesh Gate and one Mesh Node. You can add more nodes later to reach additional areas or fill coverage gaps.
