  • Network Extenders

  • Environmental monitoring equipment

  • Weather stations

  • Sensors

  • Related accessories

  • Future connected products and services

Product specifications, pricing, availability and descriptions may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure all information published on our website is accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur.

Images are provided for illustrative purposes only and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

 

4. Orders

All orders submitted through the website constitute an offer to purchase.

Mulga Mesh reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order;

  • Limit quantities;

  • Cancel orders affected by pricing errors;

  • Refuse supply where stock is unavailable;

  • Refuse supply where fraud or misuse is suspected.

A contract is formed only when Mulga Mesh confirms acceptance of your order.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded.

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Payment must be received before products are dispatched.

Mulga Mesh does not store customer credit card details.

You warrant that any payment method used belongs to you or that you have authority to use it.

 

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Mulga Mesh is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in products passes to you upon delivery.

8A. Product Warranty and Support

Mulga Mesh stands behind the quality of its products and aims to provide practical and responsive customer support.

Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products sold by Mulga Mesh may be covered by manufacturer warranties provided by the original manufacturer.

Where applicable, manufacturer warranty terms will apply in addition to any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Mulga Mesh may assist customers in facilitating warranty claims with manufacturers, however the final determination of warranty coverage remains subject to the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to repair, replacement or refund where products fail to meet consumer guarantees under applicable law.

Warranty Exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failures arising from:

  • Improper installation;

  • Incorrect configuration;

  • Failure to follow product instructions;

  • Misuse or abuse;

  • Accidental damage;

  • Unauthorised modifications;

  • Unauthorised repairs;

  • Neglect or improper maintenance;

  • Water ingress where products are installed outside their specified rating;

  • Lightning strikes;

  • Electrical surges;

  • Power supply faults;

  • Fire, flood, storm or other environmental events;

  • Damage caused by animals, insects or pests;

  • Use outside the product's intended purpose.

Third-Party Equipment

Mulga Mesh is not responsible for failures, interruptions or incompatibilities caused by third-party equipment, software, internet services, cloud services or mobile network providers.

Technical Support

Mulga Mesh may provide technical support by telephone, email, remote access or other means at its discretion.

Support services may include:

  • Product setup guidance;

  • Troubleshooting assistance;

  • Firmware update guidance;

  • Network configuration assistance;

  • Compatibility advice.

Technical support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not guarantee resolution of all issues.

Remote Assistance

Where customers request remote troubleshooting or support, they acknowledge that:

  • Mulga Mesh may require temporary access to network or device information;

  • Customers remain responsible for maintaining backups of any important data;

  • Mulga Mesh is not responsible for data loss resulting from troubleshooting activities unless caused by our negligence.

Site Visits and Field Services

Unless expressly included in a written quotation, purchase agreement or service agreement, product purchases do not include:

  • Site inspections;

  • Installation services;

  • Field support visits;

  • Travel expenses;

  • On-site commissioning.

Where site visits are requested, additional charges may apply.

Product Improvements

Mulga Mesh may periodically release product updates, firmware updates, documentation updates or revised recommendations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring devices are maintained and updated in accordance with any instructions provided by Mulga Mesh.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, customers should contact:

  • Proof of purchase;

  • Photographs;

Mulga Mesh may request that products be returned for inspection before determining an appropriate remedy.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Mulga Mesh products utilise wireless communication technologies including Wi-Fi HaLow and other radio-frequency technologies.

Actual performance will vary depending on numerous factors including:

  • Vegetation;

  • Buildings;

  • Installation quality;

  • Antenna placement;

  • Device configuration;

  • Interference;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Power availability;

  • Customer equipment.

Any coverage distances, performance figures, deployment examples, diagrams, illustrations, marketing material or case studies published by Mulga Mesh are indicative only.

Mulga Mesh does not guarantee:

  • Specific coverage distances;

  • Specific throughput speeds;

  • Continuous connectivity;

  • Uninterrupted service;

  • Successful operation in every environment.

Customers are responsible for assessing whether products are suitable for their intended use.

 

11. Installation Responsibility

Unless expressly agreed in writing, customers are solely responsible for:

  • Site assessment;

  • Installation;

  • Configuration;

  • Mounting;

  • Cabling;

  • Power systems;

  • Solar systems;

  • Network integration;

  • Ongoing maintenance.

Mulga Mesh is not liable for issues arising from incorrect installation or configuration performed by customers or third parties.

 

12. Third-Party Products and Compatibility

Mulga Mesh may sell, recommend or provide guidance regarding third-party products including:

  • Cameras;

  • Sensors;

  • Weather stations;

  • Network equipment;

  • Software platforms;

  • Cloud services.

Compatibility information is provided in good faith based on information available at the time.

Mulga Mesh does not guarantee ongoing compatibility because third-party manufacturers may alter hardware, firmware, software or service availability without notice.

Customers are responsible for verifying that third-party products remain suitable for their requirements.

 

13. Monitoring and Data Services

  • Network diagnostics;

  • Equipment status;

  • Camera imagery;

  • Operational information.

Such information is provided as a convenience only.

Customers must not rely solely on information generated by Mulga Mesh systems for:

  • Security decisions;

  • Agricultural management;

  • Livestock management;

  • Business-critical operations.

Independent verification should always be undertaken where appropriate.

 

14. Not a Life-Safety System

Mulga Mesh products are not intended to replace:

  • Emergency services;

  • Safety procedures;

  • Security personnel;

  • Fire detection systems;

  • Medical alert systems;

  • Critical infrastructure control systems.

Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate safety, security and operational procedures.

Mulga Mesh accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damage arising from reliance upon any monitoring or connectivity provided by its products.

 

15. Intellectual Property

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Mulga Mesh's liability is limited, at its option, to:
